If you wish to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit your request.

Email us at hello@apinistudio.com, including your order number, full name and reason for the return.

Return process

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you:

• confirmation that your return has been accepted
• a prepaid return shipping label
• instructions on how to prepare your package

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund, so you won’t need to arrange a courier or make any payment in advance.

Please return the jewelry in the same condition in which you received it, complete with its original packaging and dust bag.

The jewelry may be tried on, but must not show any signs of wear, scratches, alterations or damage.

Please note: made-to-order, bespoke or personalized pieces cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs

The return label is provided by Àpini Studio; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

Any shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and should appear within 10 business days of the return being approved.

Faulty or damaged items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@apinistudio.com and include a photo.

We’ll arrange a replacement or the most appropriate solution at no additional cost.
