Once we receive your request, we’ll send you confirmation of the return, a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to prepare and send the parcel.

No problem. If you receive the wrong item or notice any defects, please contact us right away athello@apinistudio.comand send us a photo of the item received. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Refunds are always free of charge. However, if you choose to return your order and originally paid shipping costs, those costs will be deducted from your refund. If you did not pay any shipping costs, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping times are approximately:

- 2 to 5 business days for Italy
- 10 to 15 business days for Europe

Àpini Studio jewelry is made entirely in Italy, almost exclusively in Milan and the surrounding area, by specialized artisans and workshops.

All our jewelry is handcrafted in gold and 925 silver. The precious and semiprecious stones we use are sourced from certified Italian suppliers.

Àpini jewelry, especially gold pieces worn every day, requires very little care. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams and detergents. Remove it before showering, exercising, swimming in the sea or in a pool, and store each piece separately in its pouch to help prevent scratches. Silver may naturally oxidize when exposed to air and humidity. This is completely normal, and a gentle cleaning will restore its original shine. Pearls should always be stored in a dry, well ventilated place to help preserve them.

Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth, or with mild soap and lukewarm water, making sure to dry it thoroughly afterwards. We recommend doing this approximately once every two or three months. If your jewelry needs a deeper clean, ultrasonic cleaning is usually the best option. You can take it to any trusted jeweler or goldsmith in your area.
